There's 2 types of spoilers on here. One blurs the text/image, the other puts it behind a link (essentially). The blur doesn't work great for images, as you can usually make out enough if it's just a photo/not text.
3 dots next to B I (top left of the reply box) will open the additional formatting options. There's a little mask symbol (looks like a sideways B).
that one does this.
The other is 3 dots next to the and image upload button. That one is an eye with a line crossing it out.
so you have to click to reveal.
Whatever you want hidden has to be in-between the 2 spoiler brackets.
