Is there a minimum amount of followers someone needs in order to start a thread about them?

I know on tattle life they need to have 10k followers before you can start a thread about them but is there any rule like that on here? There’s someone I want to start a thread about but they have less than 10k followers so I’m not sure if that’s against the rules or not?

No that's not a rule here. As comment cafe is newish and slowly growing we'll make common sense rules as and when needed
