A bit late to this thread. Richard Davies ripped me off for £90k and left me and my family homeless. When chasing him for the money Lisa threatened to get the police involved on me! He also ripped off our roofer who chased us for the money and ended up breaking in to our property and stealing from us. He ended up in jail and Richard got away with everything. I would never wish cancer on anyone but can't help thinking karma has visited - if he is in fact dead. This man had no morals at all to walk off leaving a family of 5 with no home. 5 years later we are still suffering as a result. Good riddance.

We have reported all we know to the police, action Fraud and HMRC and we are yet to know if any action has been taken, or if it ever will be.
And as for lisa, that's deflection, she uses scare tactics, in her mind the police will always come down on the side of the dying man,.... he couldnt possibly be stealing, reverse phycology, because she kicks off the police think it's not true....I hope you have found the time to read this thread because the things that have happened are shocking!! And we did prove fraud.
Unfortunately it is true. Richard Davies worked on an extension on our "forever home". He knew how important it was to us. He took the whole house back to brick, no kitchen, bathroom, plumbing, electrics and we had to move out temporarily. As soon as we moved out he emailed us one night to say he had spent all the money and couldn't do any more on the house. He left it unliveable and we struggled to get it re-mortgaged. After spending double what it should have, we finally had the house finished and moved back in after 7 months of living on family's living room floor. The debt was now doubled as a result and after a few years of struggling too much we lost the house and now rent. I managed to get £5000 after threatening him but that was all. He wound up the business and was limited so I wouldn't have gotten anymore taking him to court. Only afterwards did we find out he had done this before. We did all the checks, found him on a trusted trader site. He showed us previous builds as references - which turned out to be bogus (friends of his and not previous clients) but he still knowingly made us homeless and snorted my money up his nose. Lisa got involved after years of me trying to get the money back. I heard he had cancer after I saw a newspaper report. I contacted the newspaper and informed them of what he had done to me and my family - but no reply. If he is Dead then karma got him. However, I wouldn't put it passed that scum bag to have lied about that too.

We believe he passed altho the way lisa was behaving in all she did, made us think it was false.
She kept everything very low key, which made it all hugely suspicious,
he even had the paupers funeral. Turned out it was for tax and fraud reasons, But a few people on here applied for death certificate, and got it, but I've had friends who read on here say maybe... they were plants, put here by lisa, knowing this may happen at the beginning, ( but I find that doubtful) there was no photo shot of said certificate, but its abit disrespectful to put something like that online, so apart from applying for one ourselves...
He was known for using photos of other peoples work and passing it off as his own.
She actually closed some of his companies down on the day he died.....with his signature even tho he had died first thing, 8.55am she said, who does that???
Blimey, what a bleepin tool. We have heard and read about all his rip offs, seems he had a history of it, someone broke into his garage and peed over everything, was that a disgruntled customer maybe.
His brother in law went to prison over the Romeo Bater scandal. Dick walked away. He told so many lies as did Ma Baker, I'm surprised they could keep up, everything on the Instagram account was mainly said or told in 24 hour stories that were deleted. Except us and Tattle took screenshots. You should read on here, the things we found out really should be enough for any police investigation.
Sorry, I’ve been tied up for a couple of weeks so haven’t checked in. @Triggerdave that is a really horrendous story and I’m so sorry for you and your family, but really grateful you shared. Can I ask how you found us? Unfortunately given the bullying tactics used by R during his Instagram days it won’t surprise any of us, and likewise the embezzling of money through charitable donations shows he lacked any morals. There have been plenty of people who have jumped on with half stories about issues they had with him and have either gone silent or disappeared. Some may have been scared off by Lisa (the lady with the elf business for one) but others were probably plants (or more likely Lisa herself) in an attempt to try to keep us quiet. I can’t remember who actually said they saw the death certificate, but I think there may have been a difference in opinion over what it said. I’ve just tried a probate search, because that would be in the public domain now, but the system seems to be down (Search probate records for documents and wills (England and Wales) - if anyone else wants to have a look). It is very odd that there was nothing online about his death. Also just incidentally, the friend has posted about another charity event for nspcc. Tagged the organiser but not the charity, which is a bit sus in my opinion. These people really need some serious investigation because nothing is as it seems!

We thought the low key death was odd, but put it down to TAX fraud.
And yes the " friend Lee " does alot of charity events doesn't he, he did the Charity Gala for Eyes on ritchie, that charity and money disappeared shortly after, how much was it, 57k....??
I'm glad someone has spoken out, obviously not scared of lisa because they know it's the truth, and there's nothing she can do about it.

Great that someone has spoken out, and I’m guessing it’s not that dissimilar to the situation @truth-hunter2024 is fearful of sharing with us. I was just looking back and someone on page 1 was talking about a Richard Davies who had some sort of casino scam. A deleted user said it was a common name so not enough to link him, but given his desperation to go to that shonky casino in Mayfair I wouldn’t be surprised. Things seem to happen for a reason, especially when you’re trying to stop them! Nothing would surprise me, including him turning up in Brazil

Sorta hit me earlier, if somebody comes on here saying the truth about dick...with the undeniable evidence to back it up, ...what can lisa do??? Nothing is the answer, if she had any sense she would not challenge the comments, because it could prove very unravelling for her, the truth always finds a way to come out ....sooner or later.....!!!
Nope, if it's the truth what can she do about it, oh, use the widow card, if people are fraudsters and liars cheaters and conmen, and general all round not nice people they deserve to be called out dead or not. He might not face the wrath, but she was completely complicit if not worse the stuff she was doing while he was on his deathbed and even worse dead!!! Was appalling!! Takes a certain kind of person to be so cold and uncaring to act in that way. Ruthless springs to mind , shes not called Ma Baker for nothing. If people have something to say, and it's TRUE, with 100 % proof, then why be scared to say it. If theres something out there that makes our case on here more interesting to the boys in blue then lets hear it. She certainly wont challenge it, she will ignore it and hope it goes away.

If they are telling the truth and have proof they should be able to speak out. She's hardly going to call their bluff is she...when she knows it's going to bite her on the ass....there must be someone out there that knows behind the scenes, surely...........
Thanks. To be honest, recently I tried to stop thinking about him but due to losing the house I was referred by the Dr to speak to the mental health team and during counselling it all came out again. So I searched for him on Facebook, then google searches found the BowelBro information and then this forum. Although I'm not surprised, I am shocked at how much the two have them have either ruined or affected other peoples lives. it's disgusting that he got away with it. I thought hearing about his death would give some closure but it's just frustrated me more as I'll never be able to get money back or get any sort of closure or revenge on that asshole.
