Coming from someone who's from the North East - Not far from Simple Sally, Katie, Cal and Pearl, I can categorically say, We do NOT use the word HC.
The North East is actually a lovely place but you will always get a few degenerates giving it a bad reputation.

People used to call my friend "hc" when I was in middle school and it was offensive then (mid-90's). This "we don't know better" type attitude is bullshit. I can accept that there's the odd occasion that you don't know how offensive a word is or can be, but digging your heels in when told or pretending that you're still at a social awareness level of "rising damp" or "love thy neighbour" is bullshit. You can use the same internet you're spouting your bollocks on to educate yourself.

The internet is more than just porn, memes and begging on tiktok.
