I’ll not be on much today. My chests been niggling for a few days. I’ve mentioned before in here i have ILD,but i haven't had a bad flare since December. Im at the drs this afternoon but can yous keep ya fingers legs and toes crossed i dont have to go to hospital because i really can’t be arsed. I currently sound like a 80 year old chain smoker

I had started to notice it going down a little bit a few months ago, but it's getting just as bad again. It's not stuff that's trivial either , it's the basic fresh stuff that seems to just go up and up , bigger sized cheese spread is nearly £3 in some places , its crazy!
i will forever believe that 'aunt/friend' is actually ang. and that those papers she stores in the wardrobe as a litter try are her psych notes
it's why she's showing some form of compassion towards another human in this situation - it relates to her
