Most rescues don't tend to have many good words towards the RSPCA. I often see on FB dogs being kept out side and barking all night. RSPCA saying as long as have shelter they are OK. Maybe Scotland is different and this dog will get some helpAfter seeing how little and non-effective they’ve been with CJ I have such little faith in them at all. It seems the bigger the charities the less they care and are active about the cause
If the vet knows the animal is suffering and not getting veterinary help they can report it.
