Didn’t she get sepsis from rubbing her s into her stomach wounds too? She’s so far gone, I think her Munchausens is terminal. So sad, she’s so young. You think there’d be genuine intervention. I usually don’t outright say someone’s faking, but even her best mate came forward in the end, her own mother, it’s wild

Yeah that’s her. I do feel bad for her it’s very sad. No person should live like that especially someone so young. x
