Is that a fing Christmas tree in the back ground
Is that G because when I first came across G her ex was a copper then I heard her sister or sister in law some kind of relation was a copper, possibly CID, can’t remember. But her uncle is like a gangsterDoes anyone believe Georgia actually was a copper?
If it helps in anyway, my daughter manages a home, the people that live there have a huge range of activities. Just yesterday she had birds of prey in to visit. She’s even taken a mini pony up in the lift to see the residents. They bake, they celebrate every success of each person. Visit several homes, ask to hear about their activities programme, how they’ll promote your mums independence, what the ratio of staff is to residents. Also check they don’t run on “institutionalised” type care, so all residents up at X, bed at Z, they are adults and should be able to choose.
Have the best time and thank you so muchMorning
We're leaving earlier than planned (flood warnings in our area) so I'll catch you all when I'm back, - @tiktok big gob I'll raise a glass for your mums birthday. 🩷 Bye for now.

I always advise relatives to check out CQC reports even though majority of staff behave when CQC turn up, check out carehome.org as you get genuine reviews on there and visit them, see if you can chat to staff, relatives and some residents. You get some good homes and you get some meh homes. They do physio during the week, but they do activities which help the care plan so they can see points of weakness that they could potentially work on, I know she's never going to come home and the best outlook is a home eventually, but its working on her strengths and getting her back to some kind of normality, when she initially went in we went ages without any speech and it's been such a big thing to try and deal with but the support she's had is amazing. Apart from Bingo, I hate hearing about fing Bingo
My daughter took some residents out to have fish and chips and sings the scarecrow song to them when they wake up heartbreaking that she's on minimal wage and 12 hr shifts.I think we've found somewhere that would suit her needs that's local too thankfully, but I get what you mean, I've seen homes over the years that run it like an institute x
