I don’t think bringing up a subject on here is quite the same as going in a box in front of a few hundred people to add something to a conversation something unrelated. That’s how I distinguish between adding opinion and using your lived experience to a conversation compared to trauma dumping. Where someone goes in a box, turns the conversation to them and their story, cries and de rails the whole topic.
