I was only ever grounded once and my parents soon realised, I just wasn’t that arsed I was an absolute t of a child. I just did as I pleased. I’m so lucky with mine
It’s like a concentration camp at my son’s school. They give out detentions like sweets. He wore dark grey socks one day instead of black and got sent home for the day. Not sent home to change his socks and get an education, sent home for the entire day. We live 5-6 minutes walk from his school. He could have been home, socks changed and back in lessons in 15 minutesHubby said it was a disgrace to the family name
