Jodie said Tinks was her friend for over 4 years but when Tinks lost her kids and we all didnt speak on it Jodie came in on her fake account asking what happened to Tinks even though she already knew. And actually had to be told it shouldn't be discussed. Almost like she wanted it discussed. Claimed she didn't know when questioned but was sat in Tinks box around the same time when she was upset about it on her normal account. I know some people in here get on with her but I just find her behaviour very weird. And on that note I'm going to try my best never ever to mention her again. It's not worth the hassle.
She has only herself to blame she literally went live whilst she was training. She was asking for trouble.

Joking aside, is it beer fear? Or is it something your mind is ruminating on? If so, try and distract it, immerse yourself in something else and don’t do anything that might trigger you to think about it if possible
With the adhd bring ignored just leads to me over explaining and looking crazy in messages cause I want them to talk to me

Blocking her has the potential to escalate the situation. I would unblock her and then maybe just turn your phone off for the evening. I'd say put it on airplane mode, but that doesn't work anymore because of fing WhatsApp etc. Do you do anything arty? Could you try and channel the anxiety and need to communicate into something like that?
If someone blocked me it'll be no surprise that they'd be blocked back for life. Watch me disappear off the face of the earth 
I don't know if it was current or on the recording, but saying someone needs a stitch or 2 to tighten up their t is just nah. I don't like the whole shaming women for things like that. We get enough of that from a certain sector of men, so we don't need to be saying/shaming that s to each other, surely? It disappoints me when we get to literally t shaming stage.
