I absolutely believe she's birthed another baby and the poor mite has been removed at birth. The scrapbook is for the adoptive parents to give to the child when he/she is old enough and starts to ask questions about their biological parents, at their discretion.
Her hormones will be all over the place, making her teary and unable to cope - again. So she'll be back on heroin.
Next time we see her though, she'll have lost weight. Just wait and see...........
