I hope she realized in NYC her actual status as a creator/"influencer", and that she is extremely far behind. Not as creative, not as classy, not as clever, not as sociable, not as diverse, not as fashionable, not as grown, and just straight up not as GOOD.

Shouting out small businesses and acting like she’s doing them a massive favour featuring them on her channel (she did it with beeeespoke by Jai today). Hanging around someone like Shab who has nearly 5M followers didn’t do it for her. It put her in her place and she didn’t like it one bit.She likes to feel like she has some power over people. That she’s in a position to shout them out and gain them followers. And they can then be eternally grateful to the almighty Sevda. She does it with her family too. Those people in NYC weren’t impressed by her and had no use for her.

It’s all fake what they present to the camera! That’s why it’s awkward because it’s scripted. Her Mum and Dad are also fake for the camera. You can tell a mile off! They’re so awkward with one another, it’s like watching two people who are still getting to know each other. They’ve been together for 14 years!!!
I’m actually bewildered when I watch them interact because it’s like they don’t know each other at all and just happen to be related to the same child.
I’ve been married for just over 11 years and that’s also why I can’t understand their marriage. Me and my husband don’t always have to talk but it’s never awkward!!! We can be comfortable in silence.
Watching Sevda and Sedat interact is painful. It always seems like Sevda and Ela are the family and Sedat is just a man having dinner with them. Their relationship is strange and it makes me even more convinced that their marriage was one of convenience and technicality. She had a bad self image and settled for the first guy who wanted her and he wanted someone to do all the chores for him and a reason to stay in the UK. And now she’s just married to him so she won’t be a single mum but I mean she might as well be seeing as she does all the taking care of Ela anyway.
I can’t imagine that any of them are happy in this marriage. She can post all the cringe and stale “look we’re dancing we’re so happy!!!” videos she wants, I don’t receive it for a second!!! Only time they look like they tolerate each other is when they’re both pissed. I feel bad for Ela that this is what her view of marriage is!!! An awkward, forced and stale marriage. Then again, it’s not like Sevda had a role model for what marriage looks like, look at how her mum acts like a servant to her dad and how awkward they are with each other. This family is a big fed up mess of weird values, stereotypes and low IQ.
When her Dad burped really loud in her eat with me video a few months back. She was livid. This family can’t be themselves because flubber won’t allow it! It’s beneath her!
