She’ll be known as one of the eejits in the surgery or to be more polite a ”demanding patient“ They’ll be well aware of her demands, from the receptionists, to nurses to GPs, who will stay professional but good at masking their disdain. Despite what she thinks, she’s doesn’t get special treatment nor does M because what she fails to recognise is they will have many ASN patient some with more complex needs along with patients with very serious medical conditions

On the very rare occasions I ever need to call up regarding my son my surgery are so nice. He's a skin picker and one of his toes got infected, they were more than happy for me to email a photo over and then sort a prescription out.
