what an effing liar.Is she ok? I think she needs a man. Its because her car is probably front wheel drive and she's not bothered to put winter tyres on much like she cant be arsed putting blinds up. Its November, its not a shock there is snow in Scotland. If she has to drive and relies on the car for the kids to go to school you'd think shed be prepared for normal Scottish weather. She's a danger on those roads.
