Oh @RosieJo best believe I'm still bejewelledRight I'm caught up! I kept getting lost in the thread due to being on nights and then sort of lost on what was happening so I wasn't commenting as much! Then i had 2 hours sleep yesterday and was on me travels to see girls aloud with my daughter. Got in early hours seen on here and thought sweet baby jebus whats happened! But I can assure you lovely trolls I am real) also let's not all feel bad because some of us wanted to see the good in people. That's not a bad thing! It's a term of endearment for me, I just use extra emphasise on it with a deliberate T on the end when it's for people I hate 
I struggle with migraines. Feck all seems to work. I'm lucky if sumatriptan stays downI’m not too sure but I’ll definitely ask! I am waiting on an appointment with a migraine consultant as my neurologist (I have MS) says they aren’t really able to help me with the migraines (other than to suggest propranolol). The propranalol isnt working as effectively now unfortunately. I think there is also a Botox treatment for migraines also which I’ll be asking about.
The reason Aimee pisses me off so much when she diagnoses herself with all these illnesses, is because I’d give anything to get rid of mine (as would most with illnesses). I never ever used to let it define who I am, but recently I’ve been throwing myself a painful pity party. Sorry for all the essays this evening. I do recognise that I still do have a lot of privilege and it could be a hell of a lot worse
I have had a GONS in the past. Basically a steroid injection in the occipital nerve in the neck.
Are you able to have one with MS? Or do they think it's pointless?

They have become much worse with perimenopause it has to be said.

Today's inflight meal is Large sausage, cucumber and gravy.

"My leeetle grey cells" are truly fried (bit like Olgas hair!)
Well done to all involved calling out those who squirmed their way in and derailed our little group and thank you.
I don't comment often as I only have the evenings to catch up. However the next few days I'm off work so hopefully I'll be a little more involved.
