I can’t keep up today! Flew home to the uk this morning to be with family until I’m healed and we have a holiday next month anyway. Reading through what I’d missed was great airport entertainment I’ve gotta say. I’d forgotten about Halloween tree!

I actually just signed up for free at home yoga and Pilates. Used to do yoga over lockdown to keep myself sane and loved it. I’m trying herbal remedies too as I love making them and researching them (one of the perks of my adhd, hyperfocus!) 😂
