    Nothing she has provided, including the court document of a case where she was claiming her employers didn't take into account her health for which the courts would have required ALL evidence of such bad health conditions and failed to do so as there isn't any.

    That wasnt what i meant with thats not how court works. That is an offer by a lawyer to consilidate the case that you would have had to have spoken to acas about at the start of pursuing it, it is from the claimant (you in this case) that this would have come from not the employer.

    No one is being unkind whatsoever, the company didn't acknowledge your health cos it wasn't as bad as you made out to be/were lacking in evidence of the poor health you claimed hindered your workplace capabilities
