100% get your point. if she's using her Xmas money, it should be a special treat somewhere higher quality and age appropriate, since Begda and Sedation SHOULD BE buying her normal, everyday clothes anyways, as that is a parent's job.

her "flare ups" are also clearly non-existent. if anyone is in as much pain as she claims to be, they would do research on possible triggers and avoid them. she's eating basically every food that can cause endo flare ups.
