It can take a few weeks to build up in your system. I would keep taking them. Hope they work soon

It's more mental heath related. I probably wouldn't stay in a clinic or let anyone near me

a long walk in the day can help to clear your head. It works for me.
I also drink chamomile tea in the evening which makes me feel relaxed and ready to sleep.
Someone mentioned magnesium, I have it too from time to time and that helps. You should have your GP check your magnesium levels if you haven't already.
