I’ve followed KKK since her youngest was only a couple of months old and I remember watching her story all day long whilst her Son was left completely to his own devices, which there is actually nothing wrong with at certain times, I do believe that the happiest most confident Children are those who are taught a certain level of independence from a very early age. But she was another level and I distinctly remember thinking that her Children would be very delayed due to her complete lack of parenting, her Son would literally be trying to communicate with her and she would carry on talking into her phone and ignore him saying something like ‘in a minute baby’ etc. I wasn’t at all surprised when she said that his speech was delayed, he was playing up at nursery, when he wasn’t toilet trained by the time he started School, couldn’t complete a full week etc. You could see the additional need diagnoses coming a mile off, and this may be an unpopular opinion but I truly believe any issues he has are solely down to her and his Father, he should and most probably did, have seen how much time she was spending on her phone and said something. I genuinely don’t think it’s a coincidence the amount of Children being labelled as having additional needs these days and the amount of Parent’s who live their whole lives online.
