1) No they wouldn't tell her right now but if they decide to take the case on and investigate further your identity would have been revealed eventually throughout proceedings, as I said before if you are so genuinely concerned why wouldn't you be happy to state who you are? As i said it shows me it's not concern it's you being a faceless troll taking it too far.
2) I've not seen that, IF she did do that then of course that's unacceptable but I've not seen that happen, from what ive seen she's a mum who try her best, I'm sure there's times she doesn't get it right, and shes frustrated and over stimulated but overall i think she's a good mum. Do you genuinely think her children are at risk?
