I’m not too sure exactly but my main account I have it set that people can find me and my account can be suggested to people who I might know (not sure how they use their data) My CC account is totally locked off in that aspect so I shouldn’t come up to anyone as “ someone you might know” if they didn’t lock that off then it will come up on my side. So I’m thinking that I am friends with them on both my accounts on another account they are associated with

The first person to follow that account is this account, I took that screenshot on my personal account and it says people you may know.
That account followed my CC account 4 days ago, again with the people you may know. I tried to follow it back but it keeps declining my request.
