There was absolutely nothing normal about that. If you see it you'd understand what I'm saying. You don't get bladdered at a children's event and tell your daughter on their birthday you hate them and get carried out. Her kid was calling her a smack head and her phone takes priority, which isn't surprising as she's on live a majority of the day.

My eldest is a one to one to a little boy with autism, paid minimum wage 🥺 it's shocking as she also prepares for the day and has to do that in her own time. Having her in the class room has not just benefited the child but also the whole class and teacher. It's just sad that her worth isn't included in her wage
That’s the problem with the country that don’t reward the people who do the most, carers, nurses, teachers, teaching assistants, police etc. When I worked as a senior support worker and my nephew worked in m&s at the same time he was earning more than me. Our managers, if we said we weren’t happy with situations they would tell us to go work at aldi and we used to say we’d be better paid if we did and less stress
