I'm only guessing this, but was she new to her job? If she was still on probation they really wouldn't need much to just get rid of her, if she was under a proper contract she `could` fight it, but again it depends if anything is mentioned in her contract. They wouldn't just be able to ditch her because she does adult work online I wouldn't have thought 🤷‍♂️
She also doesn't hide the fact she stays up all night partying, silly girl

Thing is, a lot of work places have rules about people’s conduct on social media aswell. All it takes is screen recordings to be sent to wherever she works if she’s been involved in whatever has gone on. Plus if she’s advertising her sex pages on public social media then she’s a divvy because let’s face it. Who wants someone looking after their nana who refers to themselves as a pocket rocket porn star

I’ve said it on here before but when I worked for the care company I worked for we had a situation where some employees slated the company because they didn’t like their new rota, didn’t have their accounts on private and my best friend was friends with some of them. They got caught out and were given a disciplinary and they were established employees worked there for years. Tink’s is brand new and majority of care companies give you a 3 month probationary to give the workers time to get their training in and complete their skills for care booklets
