Thing is, a lot of work places have rules about people’s conduct on social media aswell. I’ve said it on here before but when I worked for the care company I worked for we had a situation where some employees slated the company because they didn’t like their new rota, didn’t have their accounts on private and my best friend was friends with some of them.
