Iv always been under the impression you need to go live for a certain amount of hours a week, earn a certain amount of diamonds and participate in planned battles. It depends, when I was with Spartans they took a percentage of my earning. Gracie’s agency doesn’t take anything as far as I am aware because she gets paid directly by TikTok to run her agency.
