I think people probably won’t like the idea of that, but I have had three cats before, over time, that have got run over where I live.I am in a village, but I live very near to a major busy road.
One of my beloved cats got purposely thrown into the main road into an up and coming car by village hooligans years ago. He was such a lovely cat and it broke my heart.
So mine stay indoors now. But I find I don’t have to treat them for fleas and worms so much anymore because they’re indoor cats.
