If I was ask to describe what ratchet meant Iv only very heard it to be thrown around black communities to describe women's behaviour, hair or style. In a negative way. It's used to bring people down. I have also heard people refer ti themselves as ratchet if they maybe don't feel or look their best. That wasn't the problematic thing I took from baby As post it was the way she spoke after. About a 15 year old who maybe did do disgusting things, but she was 100% groomed by Isis. She didn't choose to get pregnant either. The tit for tat and choosing what can be offensive, who's allowed to be racist and who isn't is ridiculous. These people are all nearly 40.
