I watched a farmer talk about his collies as they are out all year. Saying they have double coats and change with the weather. Mine where rominina street dogs and used to the harsh elements. But ALL refuse to go out in the wind/rain for a wee. As for Diego the sausage dog who's been invited over for sleep over just pissed on my kitchenMy house is always freezing! The back door is open constantly because the dogs are in and out all fing day. My border prefers it outside. He doesn't feel the cold at all. He only comes in to eat, have a cuddle and he's off out again
