The operation went really well this morning and I managed to come round naturally within about 30 minutes. The staff were all lovely and so supportive 🩵
The doctor came to see me in the recovery ward and said my womb was filled with polyps, large and small and he was able to remove some. There was also papillary growths and pretty much my entire womb was filled with polyps and those
He was unfortunately very concerned and highly suspicious in that it is cancer. He is calling me in a couple of weeks, mid January - with the pathology results.

I was in a lot of pain post op and they gave me three syringes of oramorph throughout the afternoon, which helped take the edge off.
I discharged myself against doctor’s advice in the evening because
nothing was keeping me in any longer. I’m used to being in pain at home and just wanted to get home to my boys and bestie 🥹
Whatever this ends up being, all I’ll ever ask of people is to watch the awareness video I’ll end up making after the official diagnosis. This can hopefully help make the older women in your life aware of the warning signs and symptoms. Had I been given such warnings, I’d likely not be going through this
