It begins on the 21st and I think it's most visible on the the 25th? It'll be like an eclipse, it moves fast but it is visible. Individually the alignment will provide a period of heightened inspiration and energy for (again) change. You're Libra is ruled by Venus, (I think it's going into aquarius for the alignment, so you might be having big ideas/energy in the area of community, both the immediate and wider).
