That's usually when I don't have anything in the day from being too busy at uni or work cause of the ADHD medication I take. Usually, what you see me have in my videos, I don't eat a lot of it because I forget to eat it due to having to do uni work, or I just don't want anything from being nauseous, which is why I've lost a bit of weight since May. When it wears off in the evenings, I am hungrier and want more food for dinner cause I wouldn't have eaten anything in the day. I'll have some fruit and whatever other food we have in the cupboard/fridge and put that on a plate, which I know definitely isn't the best thing but I don't ever find I have much time in the day cause I'm constantly busy with uni or work. If you could suggest anything else to have for dinner or like literally anything to do to help with eating throughout the day, I'd love for you to reply back please cause it's kinda annoying!
