Get in the bin, Aunt Sally. I'm glad you've made peace with your trauma, in terms of healing and moving forward in your life, but that isn't the same for everyone. Stop sting on everyone who's feeling hurt, invalidated and silenced just because it's not that big a deal for you.

I can't be dealing with Aunt Sally. It's effected people Sally, it's sent them to the point that they have had to call crisis team or go to hospital. You have no clue what's going on, don't get involved. Alex is a predator, end of.

Not everyone is ready for therapy either (mentally) because it's a lot to talk about and some people repress their trauma so thoroughly that despite it affecting them they literally can not talk about it at all - not to a single person or even stand to think about it.
Exactly, I’m in my 50s, been in & out of therapy years. It’s all to traumatic, and I run.
