Last few years at Xmas we go the night before Xmas eve , most shops are open until 10 or 12 (M&S , Sainsburys etc) and Tesco is 24 hours and we've always managed to get everything fresh we need and it's QUIET , none of that running around at 6 like some do xmas even in the morning , its wonderful , in and out without trolley bashingIt’s a different world early hours shopping so quietjust been to gym and called in Tesco on way home got a few bargains
