It's so easy to get caught up in things sometimes , I'd been struggling with pain for over a week and just think `it'll pass` but nope , flare ups can be so weird , can last hours to days sometimes. I nipped in and out of Angies last night for the giggle though , I hope I never have a birthday party like hersHope you'll be alright, it's been a bit heavy
