TT can be really helpful but I'm a firm believer on that being based on a positive relationship with the therapist. I wanted to say a therapist you can 'gel with' but that phrase makes me cringe
I struck lucky with mine.... she had a right potty mouth too which helped! Some may think that unprofessional but it worked for me. Do let us know how you get on with your visit
Totally agree, therapy is a relationship built on trust, i went through several, I just couldn’t connect with. The lady I see now is amazing, she’s relatable, human and swears a little as well.
It’s taken me since 2013 to finally start to release some of the trauma from my 20 year marriage to someone that was incapable of keeping his hands snd words to himself. I’m in a far better place now, married to the kindest man on the planet, but trauma doesn’t go away that easily xx

I just use bisto beef gravy next time I make it I'll show you guys honestly it tastes goodAmerican gravy is different though
