How many police visits does it take to trigger further investigation? They’ve been out multiple times for the same issue and nothing has been done? At this point, more action by professional bodies needs to be put in place.

It’s because of people like her, that my wonderful grandson has an acquired brain injury

they had to wait for an ambulance for nearly 45 min, because of fs like her, without going into detail it wasn’t safe to try and transport him ourselves.
