I know a few in here suffer with severe anxiety, I suffered badly after my accident, going out of the house did scare me and I'm man enough to admit that. It took me fing weeks of tears , trantrums and breakdowns to get over the fact that just going shopping triggered my emotions to the point I refused to leave the house. I can hand on heart say it felt worse than the accident itself and my heart goes to anyone who suffers with anxiety, because it's fing crippling. It really isn't a joke and anybody going through it needs support, it's not comedy and certainly shouldn't be used `for a laugh`
