I was always told your online presence can be seen by companies. We caught a few staff members slating the company and manager on fb and had screenshots of it which then had them in on disciplinary. As its got Tink’s full name on all the social media sites she used, it’s easy to find. That’s why you create an alternate name and not use your real name for things like that. Tink should be doing skills for care as a probation for her job as it’s part of the process for support workers and care assistants. It was just rolling out when I left social care work. And if you’re a community carer you’ll find CQC will inspect the agency and choose a staff member they want to go with to make sure policies and procedures are being followed
