I think jodie uses all of her cards on people as currency. She gathers all she can storing it for a rainy day. And then she’s able to join friendship groups as she has the most valuable info card on the groups op. And she can enter any group because she’s got so much storage. I imagine she will have intel stored up on the girls she’s infiltrated already.
