That is the difference between the system flagging her (and ultimately banning her accounts) for spamming and the system not flagging/banning me for using GIFs in my replies/posts. I was, though, banned for having 2 accounts on here as I did not wait for ＤＩＬＬＩＧＡＦ to be deleted prior to creating this account. Thankfully the admin approved my request to unban this account and remove ＤＩＬＬＩＧＡＦ in it's place. The account name still shows on past posts because the deletion account was not completed through the automated system.

I still stand by my original theory - admin has checked their automated moderation settings and people are getting banned on accounts other than the first one they made IF it's still "active". I may well be wrong, but as I don't have 2 accounts I cannot confirm.
I think admin are absolutely pissed off over the chaos they had to come and clean up over this week and are tightening s up. I do have a tendency to write multiple posts after one another, so have frequently been met with the "you must wait at least 3 seconds" screen. That time has been increased to 10 seconds now.
I don't believe Big Gob deserved the ban, but I also don't believe anyone manually actioned it. I honestly believe it was the system flagging her and I'm just sorry that she thinks there's a vendetta/conspiracy against her. That's not a nice thought process for anyone to be going through.
