I got some immunace vitabiotics from Amazon and Beechams Flu Plus tablets. Just keep yourself topped up and plenty of fluids. I did have to keep going bed for a few hrs
I got dressed yesterday for the first time since 30th but today I haven't got dressed as feeling wacked out. Now at the tickle cough stage which is driving me crazy

Mine started day around Boxing Day and I’m still feeling rough now, I don’t have a temp or aching body anymore but I’m still coughing and blowing my nose every 5mins
