Possibly, I genuinely believe that he cannot be helped professionally. He’s been doing this for years amongst other things and at this point, all that would help everyone is if he was put behind bars for his crimes. He shows no remorse or empathy at all!

I unfollowed him today. Only followed to see what he would come up with next. I had thought for a while now he was lying. Anyone with nothing to hide would just show some kind of letter or something confirming he had cancer and with how defensive he is with any questions just gives it away.

I think you have hit the nail on the head here.
It’s because nobody wants to be his friend or be around him due to his actions but instead of looking inward, he thinks the world is against him and believes the lies he tells himself and others to feel better about himself.

Apparently it’s okay in moderation, but can worsen the side effects of chemo. I think it’s safe to say that anyone who was seriously suffering with half of what James claims to have, would not be getting that drunk on his last live…
Yeah if you choose to...its probably not the cleverest thing to do but I asked my Oncologist if it was OK to have a cheeky little glass of wine every now and again and she said 'have a big one if you fancy it' but I certainly wouldn't be getting pissed as such...
