The back pay will be from when he applied for PIP. It can takes months for the assessment but they pay from when u apply so he would've had £4500 then his monthly payments after that.
What pisses me off is that PIP is there to enable disabled people to live a reasonable quality of life by affording treatments, therapies and equipment that they might need, not so u can become King Chav and certainly not to give away

Where pisses me off - mainly dwp not aimed at them two particularly. My ex shattered his ankle falling off scaffolding, the hospital, specialist, etc - basically everyone he saw said he wasn't to walk, and certainly not to go back to work - window fitting, self employed but he'd paid tax all his life. DWP said he wasn't entitled to anything and to look for a job.
He lost his home, had to move back to mine - which meant my wtc/tax/rent benefit was affected.
Luckily 3 yrs later he's sorted, back to work, moved out ages ago and now got a nice place.

It's was a while ago. He said he first gave her £300 then another £700 and she spent £500 on clothes, that properly no longer fit.
She's never spent that amount on clothes, all she has ever worn is temu type tat. Hard to see through the lies and exaggerations, on both sides.

Well she's AWOL today. Only sign is she taken the reel of stories off her TT. I'd like to think she had her support worker meeting today and she's been sectioned for her own safety but it's more likely she's off her tits wallowing in her pit
