Shame they can’t just go on the dole like the old days. Instead they broadcast their lives for all to see telling strangers all about their intimate lives for money
Exactly and the thing is they are going to end up there anyway as tiktok will end, and both of them will be unemployable because their behaviour is out there on the internet for everyone to see. I know mell has a job currently, if she leaves it or loses it she is screwed.

Most employers do social media searches on applicants these days and it's clear that Melvyn has had huge issues with attendance.
Employment contracts can include clauses that allow an employer to terminate an employee if their conduct outside of work brings the company into disrepute. Sid humiliates herself pretty often never mind her employer! Can you imagine dealing with a supposed professional "billing executive" who goes online to share her vaginal rashes to a public audience or one who condones her stepson sleeping with kids 
Not to mention quite possibly being hungover at work given she seems to drink quite a lot per day.
I can't think of a reason why someone would HAVE to drive with the windows down on one of the coldest days of the year because the heater was too hot. You just turn the heater down surely??
Wanting a bit of fresh air is one thing, but to drive so that your hands are frozen is bizarre.
I honestly believe she's a functioning alcoholic. Her bloated face, the weight gain, eating crap, no money (she claims) etc.. Her anxiety will be massively affected by alcohol too.
I think this is why we see a completely different Melvyn on her lives.
Yep i would agree she is likely a functioning alcoholic as well and the thing is that driving with the windows down won't help her over all. It might keep her cool but it won't prevent the consequences of driving while still over the limit. Is she worse on her lives? I've not seen her live.

Yey! Melvyn's Day in the Life is up from yesterday. It's exactly as boring as last weeks except we have the exciting surprise of some fruit in her lunch bag and a trip to Lidl.

OMG! Despite the middle brother clearly explaining how bad his childhood was, to the point he had to sleep rough, Mel has the audacity to say hers was worse because she was a girl! Is she for real! She has such a victim complex! Nasty nasty b1tch!
In mell's world she will always have it worse then everyone else, regardless of the fact they may or will have had it worse. No matter one's situation or how bad, she will beat them somehow cause reasons she makes up/fake experience.
I think Sid ran out of real people on the real world to listen to her victim complex ages ago, so that why she's turned to the internet, everyday she has a fresh supply of people willing to listen to Mel moan about how badly treated she was. Before she knows it she will have spent longer moaning about her victim complex than she was an actual perceived victim. What's really sad is she looks at her happiest when she's living in the past!

The fact that it was her Mother that cut HER off really really eats away at Melvyn. It's like having the last word in an argument and Melvyn just HAS to have it. She will not have people knowing that it was actually her Mother who cut her off.

She is losing interaction and the only thing that gave her it was to mention the middle brother so he can respond.
She loves to egg him on its clear as day.
But looks like the middle brother is done with it all. Said his bit and gone on to live his life whist she is still trying to become tiktok famous.
