I agree with what you've said, I also don't feel shag bandit looks at Mel with adoration like the flying monkeys say he does, to me it mainly looks like he's exasperated confused & totally bewildered. He looks so overwhelmed & bamboozled by Mel most of the time. I think he will spend alot of his life treading on eggshells so he doesn't trigger Mel & her moods. No wonder he's straight into a can of beer when he gets home, I bet she never leaves him alone when he's trying to work & he dreads discovering what mood Mel will be in when he gets in. Mel also makes him live in the past with her constant yapping about 20 years ago, the poor fella seemingly can't do anything without big Mel, he went for a beer with his mate on a Friday night recently and cling on big Mel has to tag along. She's like a limpet stuck to him 24/7. It must be so suffocating being married to her.Exactly this .. Mel looked at her mums fb page which that in itself speaks volumes, Mel isn’t over the no contact that has happened and I hope that therapy helps her with her mum obsession. It is strange for Mel to go straight to the “she has done it for a response” Why would she? Her mum hasn’t done anything in response to Mel’s alleged trauma, I say alleged because we only hear Mel’s side and there will be her mums side and the bits of the truth somewhere in both sides.
Mel is also obsessed with Andrew and I say this as a woman who has been mostly, happily married for almost 40 years .. My husband looks at me in the exact same way that Andrew looks at Mel and I can honestly say, hand on heart, it isn’t always adoration I see Andrew looking bored, fed up and looking at her whilst thinking something that is not adorable, I see him looking in the chat to see who is in there, giving slimy smiles .. I don’t think Mel should put all her eggs in one basket .. get out there Mel, get a hobby, get some mates round and live your life as a 30 year old woman, just cos you’re married doesn’t mean you have to live such a dull existence.. is this her life for the next 50/60 years? It’s the viewers that are giving Mel the strange quotes such as “you’re stunning” “you two are so cute”. I’m not commenting on looks cos what I once had, I don’t now I’m almost 60 but don’t see Mel’s life like her viewers do .. I have 4 very adult children who live a fantastic life, work hard, have children, but are still out there, living life to the full. I don’t see anything at all that is interesting in the Byrnes life but I sincerely hope she isn’t giving any advice out in messages behind the scenes. A level 2 in counselling is not a degree and shouldn’t be used as such.
