I'm maybe not remembering correctly but did the Gp letter not say mild arthritis in her knees. She should maybe look into getting a rollator. Be handy for cleaning products and her shopping. I'm pretty sure exercise is encouraged so you don't seize up........

I genuinely feel so sorry for them poor pets - listening to Sabrina being so angry and shouting like that all the time must be so terrifying for them.

Try having gallbladder attacks scabby then you'd know what pain is. I have wear and tear in my knees but best thing for them is losing weight and walking. Her looking 30/500 Co Codamol for her knees when I'm on it for gallbladder attacks and now after my op she can do off hope my 15 gallbladder stones they took out head to her and knock some sense in to her with what ever braincell she has left.
