I can't get my head around why anyone would go and get staples then just take them out. Is that another element of self harm, like picking at wounds??? I mean not only do you risk making things much worse (and she's been here before if rem rightly and promised her boys she wouldn't ever let it get that far again 
) but it's also a monumental waste of NHS time both being treated in the first place and then when you go back.
