It’s hard to say - I have to believe at least the hotel and airfare were paid for by the clinic. Maybe they were given a per diem as well with the intention of covering their meals but really per diem can be spent on anything.

If it’s a “work trip”, then airfare, hotel and daily stipend for meals are provided on top of Sevda being paid a fee to do a video afterwards. And no doubt a deal was made to pay Mine’s airfare and meals as well because she’s taking 2 days off from her job in order to “film” Sevda’s health check.
I don’t know how Mine even holds down a job! She is never there.. I work from home and when I’m working I’m working.. my mum and sister aren’t coming around for donuts and I’m not heading to the shops in my lunch break… they must be getting the ss… then imagine going to your boss “hey boss, need another two days off work because I have to help my sister with filming her helf check and blocking trolls while my sister is busy getting a prostate () check”
