Ok, I admit I spend a bit of time on SM and the internet... I belong to this forum and 2 others that I regularly contribute to... one forum I have been part of for 20 plus years and have 'known of' a few of the people for this amount of time... I have never met them so do not class them as friends...if I speak to hubby about them I refer to them as 'a lady on the XXX Forum that I speak to' ... but I do put my phone down when its dinner time, the children visit or I am on holiday... (on holiday I read, make the odd comment and post the odd picture, but it doesn't consume my life...) That whole family wakes up and immediately grabs the phone to make content... its an addiction like someone who smokes and reaches for the cigarettes as soon as they wake!!!

Ela has a very healthy relationship with food apparently as she said this morning.
There is NOTHING healthy about that child. She will have something sweet for breakfast, a pat lunch full of sweet things, no doubt after school snacks will be sweet too and then a massive dinner portion.
But guys she knows when she is full to stop.
So maybe instead of using that poor child for a dish up video content, plate up a normal portion of food and if she isn’t full she will ask for more rather than plate up a huge amount and have that left over.
As much as you say you don’t waste food and it always gets eaten, what grownup wants to eat a child’s leftovers that they’ve probably played with on their plate?
